Deposit, Shopping, Shipping, and Return Policy

A 50% deposit of the estimated price is required before any work is started.  This applies to all custom orders, gates and rails order, and security bar order. 

Some of the items sold on this website may be subject to rules and regulations that vary from state to state.  It is solely the buyers responsibility to be aware and conform to these laws rules or regulations.  Aggressive Metalworks will in no way be held responsible for any injuries resulting from the use of any weapons sold  through this website.

All Items sold on this website are guaranteed to be top quality and as described or agreed upon.  Please ask questions instead of assuming.  inquiries@aggressivemetalworks.com   

It is the buyers responsibility to purchase shipping insurance.  Aggressive Metalworks is in no way responsible for lost or stolen items.  A tracking number will be used when possible. 

In the event that a return need be made, please note that all return requests must be with in 7 days of receipt of item.  The shipping of returned items is solely the buyers responsibility. No returned Items will be accepted with out prior communication.  All returns may be subject to a 15%restocking fee.  The return policy does not cover chipped, scratched, or broken as a result of misuse, or abuse.  Custom orders are not covered by the return policy unless they are not to order specifications.  All Returns will be processed after the item has been received by Aggressive Metalworks, and a thorough inspection has been made.
